Trying to Transcribe--From Probate File of William L. England – 1894 - Pt 1


This was a part of the probate file #834 from Lane County Oregon for my 3rd gt-grandfather, William L. England, who died intestate (without a will). I was able to view it and get a copy from the Oregon State Archives in Apr 2001.

To Hon. A. H. Fisk Judge of Court,
                              The undersigned
petitioner would most respectfully represent
and show to the Court that William
L. England dec'd in Lane County,
Oregon, on the 8” day of Sept. 1893
intestate.
That the said deceased left property
in this County, both personal
and real of the probable value
of Fourteen Hundred Dollars, in
Lane County Oregon.
That the said deceased left the
