Trying to Transcribe--From Probate File of William L. England – 1894 - Pt 2


This is the second part of the probate file #834 from Lane County Oregon for my 3rd gt-grandfather, William L. England, who died intestate (without a will). I was able to view it and get a copy from the Oregon State Archives in Apr 2001. I'm afraid there was more of this 
section that I couldn't decipher.



Mary A Ledford granddaughter deceased heir are
unknown to this affiant = residing
Wm T. Ledford, Leonard D. Ledford and Lee Ledford
in California, but believe the following to be the heirs ______
Charles W. England aged 30 residence ___________Co Cal
Fletcher C England great grandson 9 residence Lane Co Or
the above are all the heirs known to
the petitioner.
That the said deceased left no
wife ____________________
That the petitioner is a son of
the deceased.
That there is no administration in
this county or state, and that it
is necessary to have an admin-
istrator appointed.
Wherefore your petitioner prays that
_____ an order be made appointing
this said petitioner administrater
of the said Estate.
